  ZIVA's XP Urethane Grip Discs can be used in much the same way as any other weight disc - to add resistance to bench press, squat, deadlift, or any other barbell-based exercise - but true advantage lies in its easy to grip design and long-lasting quality.
  
• How can one plan how many XP Urethane Grip Discs to get for a gym?
  XP Urethane Grip Discs can be used for any barbell exercise. From squats to deadlifts to benchpress and rows, these weight plates are the foundation on which resistance training is built. If your fitness facility includes space for barbell exercises, we suggest keeping at least 1x (one) complete set (2x each of 10 lbs. & 25 - 55 lbs.) for each barbell. If your gym is frequented by clients who enjoy moving heavy weights, we suggest having 2x (two) sets or more on hand for every barbell.

  We suggest adding XP Urethane Grip Discs to your gym's section where barbell exercises are often performed. It makes sense to have at least 1x (one) complete set (2x each of 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35, and 45 lbs. plates) of these weight discs on hand. If you have multiple deadlifting platforms and attract or want to attract clients that like to lift heavy, you probably want more.
