Built ultra-durable for long-term, heavy-duty use, the sled consists of a steel frame and 4x exterior bars – two on each side so it can be pushed or pulled back and forth without having to turn it around – and a central loading bar, all with a wear-, rust-, and corrosion-resistant black powder-coating. The sled itself weighs a sturdy 26kg and the central bar can fit up to 10x bumper plates for weights that can challenge the very strongest of athletes. The Performance Sled delivers an intense full-body workout that develops users’ legs, core, arms, shoulders, back, cardio, and explosivity, all with a single, simple tool.
